Manny Pacheco

Manny Pacheco is a Mechanical Engineer and Co-Founder of CathConnect, a medical device company focused on innovating a patent-pending safety device for indwelling urinary catheters. Currently, Manny works at Boeing in Mechanical and Structural Design for Space & Launch. Previously, they contributed to various projects at XFlow Energy Company and Aerojet Rocketdyne, where they honed their skills in fabrication, tooling, and design. Manny earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, where they actively participated in teams such as the UWashington Formula Motorsports and the Human Powered Submarine Team.
