Mario Alleva is the Chief Engineer for Laser and Electro-Optical Systems (LEOS) at Boeing, where they lead a key R&D organization focused on electro-optical systems and directed energy solutions. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Sandia National Laboratories and as a Manager in the Embedded Systems division at Boeing. With a background in software engineering from Rockwell - Rocketdyne, they have been instrumental in the development of various advanced technologies throughout their career. Mario is currently pursuing further education at The University of New Mexico.
