Mario Lott is a highly experienced engineering and technology leader with over 21 years at Embraer, serving as Senior Manager of the Engineering and Technology Centers in Minas Gerais and Santa Catarina, and later as Director of Technology Development, focusing on innovative solutions and pre-competitive technologies.
