Marissa Doyen

Marissa Doyen is a System Engineer at Boeing since November 2022, previously holding leadership roles in the Society of Women Engineers, including Co-Lead of the Latinos Affinity Group and Hispanic Heritage Month Coordinator from July 2020 to June 2024. In these positions, Marissa focused on empowering the Hispanic and Latinx community in STEM through professional growth opportunities and educational initiatives. Prior experience includes leading a student team at the Western Aerospace Launch Initiative and serving as President of the WMU Society of Women Engineers, advocating for women in STEM. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Western Michigan University and current pursuit of a Master of Science in Space Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.
