Mark C. Fava

Mark C. Fava is a Corporate Vice President at Boeing, serving as the Ombudsperson for over 1,300 employees responsible for aviation safety and compliance. With over 35 years of operational and legal experience in aviation, they have held senior roles at Delta Air Lines, Boeing, and in law, managing high-profile cases and regulatory matters. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Mark served as a Naval Flight Officer and commanded multiple units, receiving several commendations for leadership. They are also an accomplished author and speaker, with a forthcoming book on leadership lessons. Mark holds a JD from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
