Mark Figge is currently an Avionics Development Engineering Manager at Boeing, where they work on ICBM projects as a Test and Evaluation Engineer. They previously held various engineering roles at John Deere, including Senior Engineer in Engine Calibrations & Development and Performance and Emissions Calibration Engineer. Mark began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
