Mark Patton

Mark Patton is an attorney currently serving as Chief Counsel for Vertical Lift at Boeing, overseeing a business with approximately $4 billion in annual revenue. They have extensive experience in compliance and general commercial legal counseling, having held senior in-house roles and worked for the U.S. government in positions such as Associate General Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security. Previously, Patton served as Regional Counsel for the Boeing Company's operations in North Asia and lead anti-corruption counsel, managing FCPA matters. They also worked as Minority Staff Counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee, advising on a range of legal issues, and contributed to significant government rulemaking efforts. Mark holds a JD/MPA from Harvard University and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
