Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson is a Technical Value Engineering Leader and TRIZ Practitioner who enhances processes and products through innovative solutions. With extensive experience at Boeing, including roles as Liaison Value Engineering and Engineering Manager, they focused on cost reduction and managed diverse engineering teams. Mark has an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business. Additionally, they have developed a unique root-cause method grounded in TRIZ principles and are dedicated to helping teams drive innovation. Outside of work, Mark is a husband and father to five children, including triplets.
