Martins Ogini

Martins Ogini is a results-driven technology professional with over five years of experience in semiconductor device processing, engineering project management, and quality management. They have held positions at Micron Technology as a Process Engineer III and previously as a Photolithography Process Engineer II, where they managed critical processes and collaborated on quality enhancements. Currently, Martins serves as a Technical Program Manager at Boeing, focusing on operational support and continuous improvement initiatives for the 767 Program. They are pursuing an MBA at Gies College of Business and a Master's in Electronics Engineering at Norfolk State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Benin, where they graduated with First Class Honors.
