Marty Helms has a diverse professional background with experience in operations, safety coordination, and management. Beginning a career as a Signalman at Union Pacific Railroad from January 2015 to February 2019, Marty transitioned to American Eagle Logistics as the South Texas Safety Coordinator until September 2020. Subsequently, Marty held roles at VA Electrical Contractors LLC, managing home backup generator sales and installation as well as leading the welding equipment repair department. Marty further developed business acumen as the Business Operations Manager at Generator Supercenter of San Antonio from March 2022 to April 2023. Recently, Marty joined Boeing in May 2024 and has undertaken several positions, including LSCC Manager, Operations Analyst, Flight Operations, and C-17 Project Manager, as well as working as an Aviation Mechanic.
