Matt McCord

Matt McCord is currently the KC-46 MTS Operations and Support Manager at Boeing. As a transitioning military retiree, they have extensive experience in leadership, program management, and team building, particularly in aircraft maintenance and training. Matt previously held several key roles in the United States Air Force, including Section Chief and Lead Production Superintendent, where they managed large teams and complex projects to ensure aircraft readiness and compliance. They are pursuing an Associates in Applied Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology and a degree in Operations Management, where they are expected to graduate summa cum laude.
