Matt Stites is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Chief Engineer for the Space Launch System at Boeing since November 2018, Matt also holds the title of Chief Engineer for Cruise Missile Systems. Prior to Boeing, Matt worked at Lockheed Martin from 2003 to November 2018 in various roles including Systems Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Matt Stites earned a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware.
