Matthew Fitzgerald

Matthew Fitzgerald, Ph.D., is the Lead Thermal Engineer at The Boeing Company, where they utilize advanced thermal analysis in aerospace applications. They served as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and later as an NSTRF Fellow at Vanderbilt University, focusing on microfluidics and energy transport in polymer composites. Matthew has also held roles as a Stress Engineer and Senior Thermal Engineer at Boeing, contributing to significant projects and innovations in thermal modeling. Currently, they are an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, teaching thermodynamics and heat transfer.
