Matthew Jenkins

Matthew Jenkins is a space enthusiast and defense acquisition expert with extensive experience in program management for aircraft and spacecraft within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. They have held roles in executive support, including SES-level communication, and are an alumnus of the National Security Fellowship at the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies. Currently, Matthew serves as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University while also holding the position of Executive Director for Federal Legislative Affairs at Boeing, focused on National Security Space Programs. They earned a doctorate in Statecraft and National Security from the Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C. from 2020 to 2023.
