Matthew Nixon is a retired Laser and Electro Optics Program Manager with extensive experience in program management, technical leadership, and business development. They have worked on a range of programs from concept development to field tests at Boeing, where they served as a Program Manager and Technical Fellow. Matthew has held leadership roles in various professional societies and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Kirtland Federal Credit Union. They also own and operate a small business while having earned multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from The University of New Mexico.
