Matthew Rhoads

Matthew Rhoads is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and project management, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Boeing since August 2014. Matthew has established a robust Product Operating Model to streamline processes and reduce waste, while also providing training on industry best practices to hundreds of Product Managers. Previous roles include managing IT projects at Boeing, implementing ServiceNow, upgrading Adobe Experience Manager, and driving supplier quality initiatives for the 787 Supply Chain. Matthew's earlier career includes consultancy in project management and business operations, as well as account and project management positions in the arboriculture industry. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A., a Master of Science in Project Management, and a Technical Project Management Certificate, all from The Citadel, in addition to a B.S. in Urban Forestry from Virginia Tech.
