Matthew Swain is a mechanical design engineer with a strong commitment to leadership and collaboration. They have been working at Boeing since 2019, progressing from a Design Build Engineering Intern to the current role of Design Build Engineering Manager. In addition to their engineering career, they have experience as Head Mechanic for SPIRIT Racing Systems, where they led a team of mechanics and managed projects. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2019 and is continually seeking opportunities to expand their professional horizons beyond engineering.
