Meagan Rivera

Meagan Rivera (Haugo) is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as a 737 Customer Engineer and the 777X Airplane Level Program Manager at Boeing since August 2012. In this role, Meagan oversees technical, financial, and schedule performance for the 777X’s largest Middle Eastern airline customer, managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Previous positions at Boeing include Product Development Engineer, 777X Wing Production and Integration Program Manager, 777X Production Safety Engineer, and 787 Customer Interiors Engineer, where Meagan demonstrated expertise in project management, safety risk mitigation, and lean production principles. Prior experience includes a Product Engineering Internship at Freescale Semiconductor and research in the Nanotechnology/Microfluidics Laboratory at Arizona State University. Meagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Arizona State University.
