Meagan Wells

Meagan Wells is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. They have held various roles at Boeing, including Senior Manager of Global Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion, where they focus on business strategy and partnership. Previously, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and a Project Manager in the Program Management Office, developing key HR strategies and leading initiatives in employee equity and labor relations. Meagan also has a strong background in HR management from their time at Western Washington University, where they earned a BA in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management and an MBA.
