Mealyn Ngu

Mealyn Ngu, SHRM-CP, MHRIR, is a Senior HR Business Partner at Boeing Defense, Space & Security Global Supply Chain, bringing expertise in operational excellence, change management, and employee relations. Previously, Mealyn served as President of the Alpha Kappa Psi Rho Chapter, where they led organizational improvements and enhanced member engagement. Mealyn has also contributed to the Kent School District as a Communications Specialist Intern and gained hands-on experience in HR functions at Boeing. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
