Melani Morales

Melani Morales serves as the Executive Director of Quality for the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers Division at Boeing, bringing over two decades of experience within the company. Morales has held various leadership roles, including Senior Program Quality Leader for the Executive Fleet and Supply Chain Operations Manager for Commercial Airplanes, where responsibilities included overseeing production operations of aluminum raw materials. Through roles such as Quality Engineering Manager and Production Certification & Compliance Manager for the 777X program, significant contributions were made to product verification and compliance across multiple teams. Previous positions also encompass roles in project management and system engineering, including work on the International Space Station. Additionally, Morales served as Corporate Core Program Director at The World is Fun, facilitating partnerships between small businesses and local nonprofits. Education credentials include a BS in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Colorado State University Global.
