Melanie Thomas

Melanie Thomas has a diverse background in talent acquisition and procurement, with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. At MarketSource Inc., Melanie served as a Talent Program Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities included conducting full-lifecycle recruiting, maintaining compliance, and providing strategic direction for recruiting practices. Following this, Melanie joined REEF as a Procurement Senior Associate and later became a Procurement Manager, focusing on sourcing and developing distributors and suppliers. Prior to these roles, Melanie was a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at nThrive, ensuring organizational compliance and enhancing candidate experiences. Currently, Melanie is employed as a Procurement Specialist at Boeing. Melanie holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Georgia Military College-Atlanta Campus.
