Melissa Dyk

Melissa Dyk serves as the Senior Director for the 737 Program and Boeing Commercial Airplanes Delivery Operations HR at Boeing, where responsibilities include implementing HR programs, policies, and practices. With a substantial career at Boeing since November 2009, Melissa has also held key leadership roles such as Senior Director of BCA HR Strategy and Integration, HR Senior Director of Manufacturing, Safety & Quality, and HR Senior Director of IT, all focusing on enhancing HR strategies and cross-departmental collaboration. Prior to joining Boeing, Melissa worked as an HR Senior Manager at Global Aeronautica, where a loan agreement facilitated the role of HR Director. Melissa Dyk holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from Central Washington University.
