Mete Naz

Mete Naz is a Senior Quality Engineer at Boeing, where they lead quality and operational excellence initiatives, ensuring compliance with various ISO standards. They have developed systems for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and First Article Inspections (FAI), utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to promote continuous improvement. Previously, Mete held roles at Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. as Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance Manager, along with experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Shell and a Sales and Marketing Intern at Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. Mete earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Lab Manager.
