Michael Benes

Michael Benes is a Flight Test Engineer focused on the Flying Test Bed at The Boeing Company. They served as an Aircraft Electrician and Aircrewman in the U.S. Navy from 1996 to 2001, managing a team and gaining extensive technical knowledge in military aircraft and avionics. Since 2008, Benes has been an Aviation Maintenance Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve and has also contributed significantly to Boeing as a Lead Systems Test Engineer, overseeing various test and evaluation activities. They hold a B.S. in Aeronautics and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development.
