Michael Donaldson

Michael Donaldson, P.E., is a mechanical engineering leader currently serving as a Senior Manager at Boeing Phantom Works. With extensive experience in RF engineering, they have led production, development, and R&D project teams across various sectors, demonstrating a strategic approach to problem-solving. Prior roles include positions at Lockheed Martin, Raytheon Missiles & Defense, and TuSimple, where they managed complex projects and teams focused on advanced RF designs and autonomous vehicle technology. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
