Michael Faisón

Michael Faisón is a highly organized and detail-oriented Career Enlisted Aviator and Aircraft Load Planner with over 16 years of operational flying and logistical experience, including more than 3,500 flight hours. They have held various roles within the United States Air Force, including Unit Type Code/Wing Deployment Manager and Loadmaster, where they ensured readiness and managed complex cargo operations. Currently, Michael serves as a Loadmaster in the US Air Force Reserve and works at Boeing in Proprietary Programs for Space Operations. They are pursuing multiple associate degrees at Community College of the Air Force and College of San Mateo, alongside a Bachelor's degree from Brandman University.
