Michael Gondek

Michael Gondek is an experienced aerospace and mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida Institute of Technology. Gondek began as a Research Assistant at the Florida Institute of Technology, where data analysis and engineering support were provided for various capstone design projects. Following this role, Gondek served as an Aerospace Engineer, leading a multidisciplinary team to design and build a high-speed unmanned aircraft while effectively managing project budgets. Gondek's professional journey includes a position as a Mechanical Engineer at ERC, Inc., and as a Process Engineer at Horst Engineering, where significant contributions were made in enhancing manufacturing processes and in-sourcing contract work. Currently, Gondek works as a Software Engineer at Boeing, utilizing expertise in computer programming and MATLAB to support engineering applications. Prior experience also includes a role as a MATLAB Teaching Assistant at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, providing instruction to over 200 students.
