Michael J. Lamb has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Manager and Project Lead at Boeing since January 2012, where responsibilities include developing, designing, building, training, and leading a new conceptual process cell for the Wiring Fabrication Division. Previously, Michael held the position of Wire Assembler and Front Line Leader for the 777 Wing Spar Group, overseeing multiple crews to ensure the production of critical components for the 777 aircraft while balancing customer expectations and employee needs. Earlier in his career, Michael served as a Surveillance Supervisor and Gaming Regulator for the Stillaguamish Tribe from September 2004 to March 2011. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts and Management degree from the City University of Seattle (2013-2017) and has additional education from Edmonds Community College and Pierce College.
