Michael Kaszuba

Michael Kaszuba is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as a Senior Materials Management and Transportation Manager at Boeing South Carolina, where they focus on team empowerment, process improvement, and cost reduction. With extensive experience in lean production systems and just-in-time delivery, Michael has also held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer Leader and Senior Logistics Leader at Boeing. Prior to their career in the aerospace industry, Michael served as a Limited Duty Officer in the U.S. Navy for 26 years, gaining expertise in C4I operations and naval logistics. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Excelsior University.
