Michael Sill is the Chief of Staff to the Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Global Services’ Mobility and Transportation Portfolio, currently supporting critical U.S. Air Force platforms. Sill previously served as a Project Manager in Boeing’s AvionX division, where they led avionics development for various aircraft and earned Boeing’s 2023 Engineering Team of the Year recognition. Additionally, Sill held project management roles focusing on maintenance and modifications for the C-17 fleet. Sill is also pursuing an MBA at UC Irvine, building on a foundational degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the same institution.
