Michael "Sting" Wallace is a seasoned Developmental and Experimental Test Pilot with 29 years of flight test experience and 39 years of pilot experience, primarily in high-performance military carrier jet strike fighter aircraft. A retired Naval Aviator, they served as a USN Officer and held the position of Test Pilot Instructor. Wallace has been the F/A-18 and USN Tactical Lead Test Pilot at Boeing since 2001 and served as President of The Society of Experimental Test Pilots from 2020 to 2021. They earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada-Reno, a graduate degree from the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, and a Master of Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Additionally, they own and operate CrossFit PAX from 2014 to 2025.
