Previously, they held various positions in the logistics field, including terminal manager at Bari Container Terminal, boarding agent at Maersk Line, and Supply Chain Analyst at FATA Logistic Systems SpA. Michele has extensive experience in import/export operations and material planning, having worked on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner program. They earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of Taranto from 1996 to 2001.
