Currently, Michelle leads the Mechanical & Structural Engineering team at Boeing's Electronics & Intelligence Systems (E&IS), focusing on operational excellence and employee engagement. With a background that includes roles at Northrop Grumman, Walt Disney Company, and Teacher Created Materials, Michelle has developed strong capabilities in engineering process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona and possesses an active TS/SCI clearance. Outside of work, Michelle trains for marathons.
