Michelle Crawford is a Senior Program Manager with a passion for enhancing organizational culture and driving process improvements. Previously, they served at Boeing in various roles, including Senior Procurement Analyst and Senior Risk & Quality Strategist, where they developed and implemented processes and managed risk portfolios. Their experience includes a leadership development program where they audited business units and enhanced cross-functional collaboration. Currently, Michelle is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Management at Saint Martin's College.
