Mike Caston is currently the Americas Sustainability Director at Boeing, where they lead strategic initiatives to advance the company's Global Enterprise Sustainability goals across North and South America. With a background in finance, strategy, and international business, Mike has previously served in various roles, including Senior Manager for Sustainable Aviation Fuel & Carbon Solutions and Financial Analyst for Boeing Space & Launch. They are also an MBA candidate at the University of Virginia Darden, and have been involved with Halyard Ventures as an Advisory Board Member since 2025. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business & Economics from the University of Redlands and is studying International Business Management & Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of St Andrews.
