Mike Scarff

Mike Scarff is currently the Regional Security Leader for The Boeing Company, overseeing operations in the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central Asia. They previously served as an International Security Leader at Boeing since 2015 and were a Senior Military Advisor for the UAE Armed Forces from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, Mike was an Army Officer with The Light Infantry from 1985 to 2006. They earned a Postgraduate Certificate with Distinction in International Security Studies from the University of Leicester and have completed studies at notable military institutions, including the Army Command and Staff Course and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Mike holds a BA(Hons) in Archaeological Studies from the University of Leicester.
