Mike Thake

Mike Thake is a Senior Test Leader at Boeing, where they have held several roles including Integration Leader for Air Dominance Test and Senior Manager for the T-7A Lab Test Program from 2018 to 2023. Previously, they worked at Ingersoll Rand Energy Systems as a University Turbine Systems Research Fellow in 2010. Thake also gained research experience at The Ohio State University, serving as both a Graduate Research Assistant and an Undergraduate Research Assistant. They earned a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2011, following a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution in 2009.
