Minwoo Kwon

Minwoo Kwon, D.Eng. PMP, is the Team Lead for Production System & Aircraft Operation technology R&D at Boeing Korea Engineering & Technology Center, where they manage R&D strategic planning and collaboration with global partners. From 2019 to 2021, Minwoo served as Global Partner & Project Lead at Boeing, overseeing a portfolio of global suppliers and projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at Samsung Engineering, where their focus encompassed project management, contract management, and risk analysis. Minwoo holds a Doctor of Engineering in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, a Master of Engineering Management from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Korea Aerospace University.
