Mitchell Olson, MBA, is an aerospace composite structures specialist currently serving as a Research & Development Manager at Boeing Research & Technology Japan. With extensive experience in new program development, process improvements, and defect reduction, Mitchell has demonstrated leadership in diverse engineering roles at notable companies, including SpaceX and Hexcel Corporation.
