Mitchell Serber

Mitchell Serber, MAS, FRAeS, is an aviation safety professional currently serving as the Chief of Safety for Executive Flight Operations at Boeing. With extensive experience in flight operations, aviation human factors, and safety programs, Mitchell has developed a robust background that includes over 21 years as an airline captain at Comair, where they logged 17,000 flight hours and trained pilots as a simulator instructor. Prior to joining Boeing in 2017, Mitchell managed aviation safety programs at MITRE and participated in various industry committees, advocating for safety improvements and regulatory standards. Mitchell continues to contribute to the field through active involvement in multiple safety initiatives and educational efforts at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
