Mona Sadati

Mona Sadati is an accomplished EE System Design Engineer Team Lead at Boeing, with a diverse background in electrical engineering spanning telecommunications, semiconductor manufacturing, and aerospace. Mona began their career as an Electronic Engineer at Margon Communication and later served as a Process Improvement Engineer at DealerClick Software. Their leadership abilities were further honed while working as a Section Manager at TowerJazz and a Quality Engineer at Hussmann Refrigeration Limited. Mona holds a Master’s in Engineering Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. Shariaty University.
