Monal Shah

Monal Shah is currently the 777 Airplane Level Integration Director at Boeing, where they apply extensive engineering knowledge across various domains, including systems integration and product development. Previously, Monal held numerous leadership roles at Boeing, including Safety and Airworthiness Manager, 787 Interiors Senior Manager, and 737 Interiors Chief Engineer, where they drove certification and innovation initiatives. Monal gained foundational engineering experience as an Advanced Technology and Preliminary Design Intern at GE Aviation and served as a Resident Advisor in their earlier years. They hold a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University.
