Monte Frazier has extensive experience in commercial sales and marketing within the aviation industry, holding various leadership roles at Boeing since June 1996, including Vice President for North America and overseeing sales in Russia, Ukraine, and Central Asia. Frazier led diverse teams across multiple regions, achieving significant sales milestones, such as partnerships with Emirates and flydubai. Prior experience includes roles at Diamond Power as a Sales Engineer and at Babcock & Wilcox as a Project Engineer. Frazier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in International Business from Seattle University. Additionally, Frazier has training from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
