Morgan Lemos has extensive experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) and quality assurance, spanning over three decades. Morgan served in the US Navy from February 1993 to April 2016 as an Aviation Structural Mechanic Chief Petty Officer, where responsibilities included roles such as Non-Destructive Testing Technician/Supervisor, Radiation Safety Officer, and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Morgan is ISO Certified and compliant as an NAS 410 Level II NDT Technician and managed various maintenance areas related to tool control and aircraft airframes. Following military service, Morgan worked at Flightstar Aircraft Services, LLC as a QC Inspector NDT, performing inspections on commercial aircraft. From January 2017 to October 2025, Morgan was employed by Northrop Grumman as an NDT Inspector, inspecting critical aircraft parts using multiple methods. Currently, Morgan holds the position of NDT Quality Test Specialist at Boeing, continuing to apply expertise in quality control and non-destructive testing.
