Natalie Bland is the Manager of the ISS Structures & Mechanisms Integration IPT at Boeing, where they focus on enhancing human spaceflight initiatives. They previously worked as a Structural Analysis Engineer, co-leading the Structural Health Assessment Program Team and providing real-time support during shuttle flights. Before their tenure at Boeing, Natalie served as a Resident Advisor and Student Assistant at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and held a position as a Space Academy Counselor at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed a course in Space Policy and Law at the International Space University.
