Natasha Brown, Ph.D., has extensive experience in organizational development, executive leadership, and higher education. Currently serving as an Executive Senior Director of Global Learning and Development at Boeing, Natasha leads initiatives in learning and talent development. Previous roles include Director of Organizational Transformation at Intel Corporation, where Natasha managed large-scale change management efforts, and Senior Director at Microsoft, overseeing the Transformation Office and modernizing learning experiences. Natasha's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, a Master's in International Relations from Yale University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Occidental College. Additionally, Natasha serves as a Board Trustee for WorldOregon, advocating for international awareness and providing governance oversight.
