Nigel Richardson

Nigel Richardson is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Boeing, where they have been instrumental in shaping the workplace culture since 2010. Prior to this role, Nigel served as Human Resources Director at Lehman Brothers from 2006 to 2008 and held the position of Human Resources Assistant at Bad Boy Records from 1994 to 2006. Nigel began their career as a dishwasher at Tasty of China, working there from 1987 to 1999. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Wrexham University in 1994. In addition to their professional roles, Nigel also serves as a youth mentor, ensuring that Boeing's workplace remains contemporary and engaging.
