Nikhil Joshi is the Managing Director of Boeing Defence in India, where they are establishing a new greenfield aerospace manufacturing facility. With a strong background in business and operations leadership, they previously served as the Country Manager at Eaton Aerospace, overseeing operations and sales in India from 2018 to 2022. Nikhil also held the position of Commander in the Indian Navy from 1994 to 2016. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business.
