Niki Allen

Niki Allen currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for Boeing Global Services, with a tenure at Boeing starting in December 2021. Prior to this role, Niki was the Senior Vice President of Technology at Kohl's from November 2020 to December 2021. Niki's extensive experience at Boeing includes significant positions such as Vice President and Senior Director of Information Technology and Data Analytics, contributing to technology program management within Boeing Defense Systems. Niki Allen holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and a Master's degree in Information Systems and Technology Management from Capella University. Additionally, Niki has certifications in Military and Strategic Leadership from Michigan State University and Business Intelligence & Data Analytics from Villanova University.
